Regional Sales Manager - Central/Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS, Finland

  • Opportunity Profile:
      Within the scope of ProSoft Technology sales strategy, Regional Sales Manager represents and promotes
      ProSoft Technology products and solutions to the partners and customers in Central Eastern Europe and CIS
      order to achieve the sales forecasts.
      The Regional Sales Manager is the local ambassador of the company in the region.
      Most of the work requires to be fluent in English (Speaking and writing). Russian language skills would be
      Technical Sales activities:
      Maintain and grow the existing business:
      • Develop and put in place an annual (and quarterly) sales plan with objectives, strategies and action plans
      • Achieve and exceed quantitative and qualitative assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives 
      • Maintain and develop the excellent business relations with the Distributors/Partners to provide sales presentations and education on capabilities, performance and application of Industrial Communications, Networks and Protocols
      • Drive and support partner sales opportunities as needed, in both pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure their success 
      • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers
      • Negotiate and assign to the Distributors/Partners a business plan and make sure all year long that they are on the way to achieve it
      • Analyze and measure channel partner results; identify trends, anticipate problems and put in place actions to address issues
      • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels 
      • Describe customer requirements and coordinates the efforts of our technical specialists for development of proposals. Presents proposals to customers
      • Follow-up order processing until commissioning with the help of technical support and customer service team
      Business development:
      • Identify and establish close relationships with new Distributors/Partners
      • Identify new OEM/SI/EU and develop a business relationship with them to diversify our activities
      • Target accounts, markets and products for formulation of the sales strategy
      • Identify new markets to support the sales
      • Be responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
      Marketing activities:
      • Develop and put in place a marketing and communication plan on the assigned area
      • Participate in all aspects of campaigns and trade shows, maximizing their impact and optimizing results
      • Ensure that Distributor/Partner marketing plan is put in place 
      • Gather application references
      • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets 
      • Put in place competitive intelligence on industry news and trends, products, services, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments
      Other activities:
      • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all ProSoft Technology products, features, functions, and benefits
      • Continually learn new products and new technologies by self-work and information/training
      • Comply with pricing, margins and sales conditions following company policies 
      • Submit in a timely manner visits and monthly reports, sales plans, activities planner reports, forecast and expense reports
      Company relations:
      • Effectively interact with other departments including support, marketing and accounting teams when needed
      • Comply with all company policies and operate within the expense budget
      • Work, communicate, coordinate activities and develop positive relationship within all ProSoft Technology offices outside EMEA
  • Qualifications:
      • English
      • Russian would be appreciated
